To reduce transmission we are now sending forms via email and SMS a few days before your appointment to be completed at your leisure. It’s important these are filled in, however if you have any issues with the link please get in touch to see if we can resolve them. These forms can still be completed within practice, in which case please bring a list of any medications you take with you.

arriving at the practice

Face masks are no longer mandatory at the practice. It is at the patients discretion if they feel they need to wear a face covering.
The front door to the practice is now open, so please feel free to enter and wait at reception. You will then be asked to take a seat in the waiting area, until your dentist is ready.
